Q: Can I reorder a previous design?

Log in to your Decoinks account, review your order history, make any necessary adjustments, and quickly place your order by clicking ‘Pay Now.’

Design & Artwork

Q: Can I upload my own design?

Yes! At Decoinks, you can upload JPG, PNG and SVG files for your designs—high-resolution files ensure the best printing quality.

Q: I don’t have a design—can you help?

Absolutely! At Decoinks, we offer free design support. If you don’t have any artwork, you can choose a design from our template gallery on the product page or visit our Design Services page, and we’ll create artwork for you.

Q: What if my design has copyrighted images?

At Decoinks, we can only print designs you own or have permission to use. Please upload original or licensed artwork.

Products & Printing

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. We send a digital proof for approval before production begins. Printing starts only after you confirm the design.

Q: Do you offer design services?

Yes! If you don’t have artwork, our team can help create or clean up a design. Basic text layouts are often free, while complex logo creation may include a small design fee.

Q: Will the print fade after washing?

Not at all! At Decoinks, we use premium inks and professional curing processes to ensure vibrant, long-lasting prints.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

At Decoinks, we make payments simple and secure. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for quick checkout. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped after production is completed. Our standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from the shipping date. Production time may vary depending on the order details. A shipping confirmation will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Q: Can I track my order?

Returns & Issues

Q: Can I return custom items?

At Decoinks, custom-printed products cannot be returned unless there is a defect or printing error. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 14 days for support.

Q: What if my order is wrong or damaged?

At Decoinks, we’ll reprint or refund any defective or incorrect item at no cost. Simply email us your order number along with photos of the issue, and our support team will take care of it.
