Decoinks reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
2. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollar) and may change without notice. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing. Decoinks reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
3. Custom Designs & Content Responsibility
When uploading designs, images, logos, or text, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it. You agree not to upload content that is copyrighted or trademarked without authorization, illegal, offensive, hateful, or inappropriate, or in violation of any applicable laws. Decoinks reserves the right to reject, remove, or cancel any order that violates these guidelines.
4. Production and Shipping
All products are custom-made and produced after an order is placed. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues, weather or unforeseen events, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Decoinks is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or incorrect customer information.
5. Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations
Because our products are custom-made, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Order cancellations may be requested at any time before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details. 6. User Accounts
If you create an account on Decoinks.com, you agree to keep your login credentials secure, notify us immediately of any unauthorized use, and accept responsibility for activities under your account. Decoinks reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decoinks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, business, or data, errors or issues resulting from customer-provided designs or information, or service interruptions or delays caused by third parties. Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount paid for the product(s).

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
