Refund & Return Policy – Decoinks

Because every item at Decoinks is custom-made to your order, returns are limited. However, if a mistake occurs on our side, we will make it right.

Issues Caused by Us
If your order arrives with a printing mistake, incorrect item, or a damaged product, we will correct the problem. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement or a refund for the affected item.

To request help, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Custom Orders (No Fault Found)
Since all products are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

Wrong size selected by the customer
Incorrect color or garment choice selected at checkout
Design or spelling errors approved in your order
Change of mind after ordering
Minor color differences caused by screen or monitor variations

If the order matches what was submitted, it is considered completed correctly and is not eligible for return.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because the item is already being custom produced.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

How to Report a Problem
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the issue. Our team will review and provide a solution if the problem is determined to be our error.
